Skating with Uncle Lyle - aka Sunriver 2006
We went to Sunriver a few weekends ago. All in all it was fun but sort of a whirlwind - a lot of time in the car and not enough time in the snow. Parker ice skated for a the first time and loved it. She did very well for her first time on the ice and by the end of the hour was able to go without any hands. Check out Paigey looking like the kid from Christmas Story!!! This was also the weekend we bumped into Lyle Lovett who apparently owns some property in Central Oregon - who knew? Kevin

Hi Guys! Love your blog, and I was like hey, isn't that Lyle Lovett, before I could even read a word!! So cool - was he really nice?
I was checking out Tracey's new blog during my middle of the night insomnia and saw your comment so had to "skate" on over. Good job - love the photo arrangement, how'd you do that?

My favorite part of the Uncle Lyle picture is Parker Jane, way down in the corner, inching ever so slowly out of the picture frame.
